Sabo Gari Diko community had two broken hand pumps.

The community has suffered from a scarcity of water for many years.

During this period, the community depended on open hand-dug wells and water from the stream. These water sources are unsafe and have adverse health implications for the residents.

With the constant repairs and little results, the most sustainable step was to replace the hand pumps to reduce the suffering of residents of the community. With the rehab, the two hand pumps are now functioning optimally. The residents appreciated this rare show of love at this difficult time.
