IMPACT STORY

“I am Shaibu Usman, from Karshi District. My community has suffered greatly from a lack of access to clean water. We walked long distances to the stream to fetch water, which is often dirty and undrinkable. We had to use alum sulfate to purify the water, but this is a time-consuming and expensive process. 

We are grateful to Lifewater for coming to our rescue by providing us with clean water. We can now spend less time fetching water and more time on other activities, such as farming and raising our families. We are also healthier, as we are no longer drinking contaminated water.
