Anzaku Kauta Gambo is from the Koroko community; while narrating the ordeal of the residents said, ” Your intervention is an answered prayer as our women can now fetch water close to their homes without fear of getting attacked.”
Before our intervention, the community depended on a distant river with severe consequences to the health, education, vitality, and productivity of women and children of the community.
For years, the community has suffered from a lack of safe water, but help was not forthcoming until Lifewater intervened.
With the rehabilitation of four hand pumps, the distance of fetching water has drastically reduced as the women in the community can now get water very close to their homes.
The community appreciates Lifewater Canada for the donation and prayed that God continues to bless the donors.
