ECWA Church Diko is on a major street within the Diko community.  

The church pastorate, congregants, and residents within the church lack any safe source of water as they depend on unsafe sources for their water needs. 

The hand-dug wells, river, and water vendors are not safe water sources because they are open to faecal waste and runoff. Equally, every household cannot afford to get water from vendors due to the harsh economic reality in Nigeria.   

Despite our presence in the community a few months ago, we consider an additional well the best and most appropriate solution to the protracted water crisis.   

Our intervention has brought tremendous relief to the church community and helped strengthen their faith in God, who grants favor and mercy to the His people.
