Nganze, Kurmi Tagwaye, Akwanga

Sadia is from the Nganze, Kurmi Tagwaye, Akwanga, a community with a serious water crisis. Sadia said, “The absence of clean portable water has caused me months of misery and suffering. I have had to walk for hours to collect water from a distant stream, and even then, the water is often contaminated. I have seen my children become sick from drinking dirty water, and I have feared for their health. 

I am grateful to Lifewater for coming to my community and ending our agony. They have drilled a new well that provides us with clean, safe water. I am so relieved that my children will no longer have to drink dirty water, and I am hopeful that our health will improve.
